Talent sustainability has always been a goal that Unimicron attach great importance to. In order to create a more diverse, equal and inclusive workplace, we announced that Unimicron has joined the "2024 TALENT, in Taiwan "
This year, we promise to do the following things for talents:
- Meaning and value: Adhering to the people-oriented core value of encouraging and respecting employees, actively promoting corporate culture, motivating employees to pursue common goals, and integrating this core value into various human resources policies.
- Diversity and inclusion: Actively recruit employees from diverse ethnic groups and establish a diverse, equal and inclusive working environment.
- Rewards and incentives: Provide reasonable and competitive salaries, publicly praise outstanding employees, and reward employees in a timely manner.
- Physical, mental and health: Actively promote a healthy workplace, plan a series of health management, health promotion and other activities, provide employees with comprehensive health resources, and create a healthy workplace atmosphere to improve employees' physical and mental health.
- Cultivation and growth: Improve the training system and career development direction, plan learning and development projects according to organizational needs, provide multiple learning channels, and create a diverse, independent, and high-quality learning culture.
- Communication and experience: Provide multiple communication channels and listen to employees’ voices
