Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (IMI),The IMI Board of Directors announced, in a disclosure dated April 25, 2024, the appointment of Louis Sylvester Hughes, Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Hughes assumes the role of CEO effective May 1, 2024. Also known as Lou, he has a rich and extensive global C-suite experience in sales, e engineering sourcing and operations. His 25 years of engagement in the global EMS industry centered on automotive and medical manufacturing, consumer electronics, sales, and supply chain management.
Lou is poised to lead IMI into its next chapter, leading the company with the same level of dedication, innovation, and excellence that is expected by our customers and stakeholders.
